Through a series of specialized programs—including skills training, personal development, and motivational support—3 You CIC provides the tools necessary for these individuals to reclaim their futures and thrive. Inspired by Junior’s personal experiences, 3 You CIC aims to bridge gaps in the support available to those who often face societal stigma, financial hardships, and limited opportunities post-incarceration.
